Arnold (Arnie) Neves, Jr. is a native San Diegan who has extensively provided services to his real estate and business clients in Southern California for over thirty years. Servicing of clients includes representation in, among other things, real estate, business, vessel, and aircraft acquisitions and sales; corporate development and capitalization; and international sales and manufacturing. He has formed hundreds of companies for clients in several states, together with reviewing and counseling clients on the merits of real property and business purchases, including IRC§1031 exchanges. Mr. Neves has formed several non-profit 501(c)(3) corporations on behalf his clients. Intellectual property, design and development, consulting, software, licensing, exclusive manufacturing, non-disclosure, non-circumvention, and various other types of agreements have all been prepared by Mr. Neves on his clients’ behalf. He has also acted as general counsel at a number of companies.Mr. Neves is committed to providing clients with the best and most professional product he can produce in a timely manner which meets the client’s best needs and goals. Mr. Neves is always prepared to travel at a client’s request whenever necessary to advance the client’s business, even to foreign countries which he has done on several occasions with consistently successful results. Mr. Neves is a member of the California State Bar and the United States District Courts for the Southern, and Central Districts of California. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University Of San Diego School Of Law in 1983 and is a member of its Law Review. Mr. Neves has been a five year board member and treasurer of the UPSES, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) and donates his time annually to its fundamental cultural and public benefit purposes. He also holds a 100 ton Master License issued by the USCG which permits him to operate as captain of any motor vessel up to approximately 110 feet in length.
