Floreta.tv - a video based social commerce company. Launched the app and curated a list of over 50 beauty brands offering a total of over 500 SKUs. Helped design and deploy the backend services on NodeJS, AWS RDS, AWS Personalize, AWS Elemental Store for HLS video streaming.Inventa Personalization Engine - Design recommendation engine based on AWS Personalize for real-time personalized notification to customers when visiting retail areas of interest based on their previous shopping or online buying behavior.

Ohai is an proximity based real-time networking app that lets you discover professionals with Shared interests & agendas.Taking learnings from Ohai, Inventa was born as an SDK solution for the offline first omnichannel marketing experience for retail, finance and other similar industries.Designed and architected the backend solutioning based on Graph DB (Neo4j), Serverless Analytics (Aurora), Lambda, Node.Design Recommendation Notification System based on AWS Personalize.Originally also architected the Android Architecture using MVP, MVVM and P2P (BLE, WiFi stacks) to achieve an offline-first experience.Mentoring and managing other teams including Web Developers and Mobile Engineers (Android & iOS teams) with requirement understanding, code reviews and debugging.

Railtiffin.com, an online food delivery portal for Indian Railway Passengers which let users book meals for the upcoming stations while traveling through intercity route trains.Undertake the project from a POC stage and lead the development of the platform to production which is based on OpenCart MVC Architecture on the LAMP stack.Process related Android Apps were developed for tracking – end users, and Dialer app – for dialing phone numbers from the web thereby improving operations and delivery experience for both the end-user and the vendors.Managing development efforts of both internal and external teams.Mentor and coordinate with in-house Web Developer and outsourced Vendors for UI development of the project.
