Multi Player Art Director - Principal Artist
CurrentMy job at Raven Software allows me to do a variety of things. My main focus is on Art Direction, I also design and drive MTX, world building, vehicles, environments, characters, weapons and I mentor. As an art director it's my goal to set a look for a project, level, character or even an asset that will set the standard, drive cohesion, establishing guide lines for those working on the team and drive the brand of the product. This gives the game it's identity, immerses players and in the end, generates revenue. I create from a player perspective and by setting a visual goal with an open mind. It leads everyone to the same page, it promotes "buy in" and instills passion & excitement for the team. Which in the end, produces the best product.
