- Setting up Google Analytics for Adwords customers in both existing CMS's and custom-built sites- Writing custom Javascript code tailored for the advertiser to track specific events occurring on websites - Creating remarketing and dynamic remarketing campaigns- Assisting with setting up custom shop feeds for Merchant Center and Google Shopping- Troubleshooting and answering customer queries regarding Google Analytics, Adwords or Merchant Center to ensure all their accounts are running as efficient as possible

- Assisting +25 technical support agents with their calls and queries on a daily base on a service desk with multiple accounts and four supported languages- On boarding new starters and providing extensive training to ensure they are ready to go live- Acting as a point of contact between escalations team and support agents- Providing team leaders with detailed reports on current account issues and their impact on the SLA and KPI targets, as well as suggestions altering the workflow to improve SLA delivery- Creating new training material and assisting the delivery team with keeping the knowledge base maintained

- Ensuring all EMEA tickets are maintained and updated on a daily base in accordance with SLA and KPI targets- In charge of managing high priority outages (with major business impact) and contacting the resolver groups, liaising between the client and the support groups and be responsible for a swift resolution and hourly communications to the client and account managers- Creating reports and analysis’s to improve the daily workflow and using these results to liaise with team leaders to improve the desk’s efficiency - Attend daily meetings with account management to discuss operations and procedures - Escalating stuck cases to relevant management parties to speed up resolution

- Providing first-level customer support for multiple accounts- Maintaining existing tickets in a timely & coordinated manner (as per SLA requirements)- In charge of delegating & handling all Dutch webtickets- Being a backup incident lifecycle coordinator and assisting with their daily reports and communications

- Writing custom back-end applications in PHP / MySQL / Javascript- Working with back-end systems such as Laravel and Drupal- Installing and maintaining custom Wordpress installations with easy usage for customers- Setting up Google Analytics and Google Adwords and maintaining effective campaigns- Hubspot marketing CMS customisation
