I have more than 30 years of experience in sales and market development of technical products in various industrial sectors. My mission is to generate value for my clients and my company by offering innovative and reliable solutions for power transmission, industrial maintenance, and environmental projects.I manage sales and new business across all the South America, Central America, the Caribbean, and Mexico, working with large national and multinational corporations in segments such as steel, mining, pulp and paper, oil and gas, chemicals, textiles, cement, automotive, and agriculture. I have increased orders intake and sales by more than 50%, and market share by around 20%, by developing and implementing effective commercial strategies, negotiating contracts, prospecting new niches and areas, and coordinating proposals to meet the clients' demands. I also oversee the after-sales and technical assistance department, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. I lead and train a multidisciplinary sales team and a network of regional and international sales representatives and distributors. I have a strong background in electrical engineering and business administration, and I speak English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
