During the summer of 2016 I joined TNT Digital. A vibrant group of ambitious digital minded people that wanted to revolutionize the way a logistics company interacts with its customers. Shortly after TNT was acquired by FedEx.These ingredients made for an amazing 6 year journey. I first helped develop a product team for TNT that built an industry best shipment booking product. We continuously improved the product based on our customers feedback and customers ended up loving the tool that we had built.All the while our team was proving that the TNT Digital team had great potential for achieving the same success within the much larger FedEx organization and 2 years into my stint with the company I transitioned to a leading product management role on the FedEx shipping product.

VodafoneZiggo was my first job as a freelance Product Manager. I worked on the cable company’s customer portal. During my stint we solved the main customer pain points through a redesign and rebuild of the portal.

At Mangrove -a digital agency- I introduced and built a successful self-managing product / client team. The multi-disciplinary team (of around 10 specialists) was responsible for attracting new clients and developing (and managing) their digital products. As a team we attracted many high profile clients, we built some great digital products and helped our clients get real results. All while being extremely profitable for the agency. Our clients stayed with the agency for as long as I worked at Mangrove. At the end of my stint with Mangrove the company was acquired and a change of leadership and strategic direction led me to pursue a new challenge as a freelance product manager.

Fresh out of university, Tellus was my first real job. It's the job that helped me discover my passion for product management. I worked on various different products. The common thread on all these products was that they helped increase conversion. In turn making the company more profitable. Since Tellus was a 150 people e-commerce start-up it allowed for fast iterations and quick decisions. A great environment to learn the job of product management.
