- Help the Company qualify high performing and efficient Handler/Equipment used in Final Test production, Product Transfers and Migrations. It also includes Handler Kit Qualifications and Maintenance. Strong collaboration with various groups to help assurance of projects and CAB (Change Action Board) presentations finish on the specified date and time.- Generates specifications, provide documents and Implement corrective actions and improvement changes for Equipment, Line Sustaining services and Processes.- Involves actively in the "2nd sourcing" for Test Handlers and Contact Management Group to improve equipment reliability, effectiveness and cost containment items.- Key player in hard down equipment repairs. Provides technical support and systematic approach to solve machine related problems in order to speed up results.- Ensures the execution of scheduled mini-PM activities for handlers and kits, in order to maintain machine performance at its peak level and improve Machine MUBA/PPJ/Availability/OEE- Prepares weekly updates, presentations, and technical reports submitted to General Manager and Directors- Reports directly to Section/Line Manager and acts as OIC (Officer-In-Charge) of the department in the absence of Section Manager- Conducts Handler Training for Operators, Technicians and EngineersKey Positions:- NPI/NPR, Transfer, Migration and Qualifications- Hontech, ASM, Exatron Handler-based Engineer – Newly acquired pick-and-place handlers- MT9510 Handler-based Engineer and Improvement Team Leader- Equipment Engineering Team Leader for Handler Maintenance Group- Supervising Dallas, RFX, KVDM2, ASL3K HMG Group- OIC (Officer-In-Charge) of the department in the absence of Section Manager
