I am an established career professional Senior level Estimator with Project Management experience with General Contractors and A/E offices. I have enjoyed my times all along the Colorado Front Range and in Nebraska and Wyoming with both commercial and civil contractors. I am familiar with a variety of computer estimating formats based on in-house developed spreadsheets for takeoff, bidding, and bid day drama. I have been exposed to the HCSS software for treatment plants with OJT training. My most recent experience has been in the treatment plant field (W/WW/Pump Stations), and has also included Golden's National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) campus and the Boulder County Wind Farm. I am not seeking a relocation opportunity. I am used to attending pre-bid site visits all across Colorado the nearby states. I maintain Class "A" and "B" Supervisor certificates in Denver and Aurora. My most recent experience has been with a military A/E design firm working exclusively with the Veterans Administration on campus facility upgrades to buildings and infrastructure across the nation. I am open to limited travel on a short term basis.
