About Arnold Enriquez

I wanted to share a little bit about my background in customer service. I started my journey in 1999 at AOL and then spent almost a decade at eTelecare Global Solutions. During my time as a Technical Support Representative in both organizations, I gained valuable skills in providing effective support and handling customers of all types. In 2008, I joined Teletech Customer Care Management Philippines as an Operations Supervisor. As a team leader, I had the opportunity to guide and support my team in delivering world-class customer service. Together, we achieved and maintained our productivity targets and performance goals.In 2009, I took on a new challenge as a Bancassurance Sales Officer at Great Pacific Life Financial (Grepalife). This role allowed me to further develop my negotiation skills and enhance my communication and interpersonal relations.To solidify my expertise in the customer support field, I joined Globe Telecom, Inc. in the Telecommunications industry.
