I was responsible for construction and development of this $100,000,000.00 project which consists of high-end semi custom homes ranging in price from $2,500,000 to over $3,500,000.

1994 – 2006 Gilbert Building Company - Farmington Hills, MI CEO / PresidentWe constructed commercial office buildings, high-end residential projects, custom homes and major renovation projects. Managed several Limited Liability project partnerships, oversaw day to day construction and project management responsibilities, managed field and office employees and sub-contractors. I was directly responsible for all aspects of labor and material purchasing for home production and non-production needs, warrantee issues and customer satisfaction.I developed and tracked site development and coordinated city approval process with municipalities. I oversaw the consultant team in order to maintain the project schedule. I created and planned sales and marketing strategies, along with model home plans.
