-Designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, tools, and systems to track program progress and impact.-Developing and managing databases to store and analyze program data-Conducting regular field visits to monitor program implementation and gather data- Analyzing data and producing reports to inform program decisions and improve implementation- Provide technical assistance and capacity building to program staff on monitoring and evaluation- Ensuring compliance with organizational and donor reporting requirements- Collaborating with program teams to integrate monitoring and evaluation into program design and implementation- Identify and document best practices and lessons learned- Contribute to the development of proposals and concept notes

-Data entry – Ensuring all data is updated in a timely, accurate, and complete manner in the records.-Program monitoring, evaluation, learning and accountability – ensuring effective and ongoingmonitoring of program progress and performance, promoting learning and accountability.-Administration support – supporting any activity assigned by the supervisors and Projects coordinator.-Support activities include documentation, reporting, researching, and data entry
