•Supervise unionized employees.•Participation in staff selection process. •Schedule days, holidays, and vacations ensuring that the facility’s needs are met in accordance with hourly position control for 60 day shift employees. •Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.•Plan and coordinate project work to ensure that proper frequencies are maintained. •Ensure that staff receives proper orientation, initial training, and ongoing education.•Ensure that proper supply control guidelines are followed and staff is trained in the use of chemicals.•Provide and monitor individual guidance and motivation to staff. Discipline associates when necessary. Monitor staffs attendance and take proactive action when a pattern of absenteeism is observed.
