Current• Major projects and responsibilities• During Tivity Health and Heathway’s separation – As a main Company DBA, - Designed, and built full DB environment, established and completed routine to separate and move company data with zero data loss and downtime no more than two hours. • Upgrade and data replication for company DB servers from SQL 2012/2014 to SQL 2017 utilizing third party software (Rubrik) and native tools (Log Shipping) for OLTP, ETL, Reporting, BI (SSAS, Qlik), and heavy data load servers in virtual environment (Hyper-V to VM Ware)• As a part of a team with IT Security and Auditors – Established, developed and implemented security and practices: for SOX, HIPAA, and PCI audits including User Access Reviews, SQL DB Audit, and Change Management routine. TDE, (Data Encryption)• Full responsibility as company DBA for approval process for database architecture design and implementation, maintenance, and daily support as well as provisioning, and system configuration including DB backups, maintenance, best practice implementation, data movement and replication using various tools such as Log Shipping, Replication and AOAG (synchronized and async)• Support Company development teams and software and DB lifecycle with database configurations, query and index tuning, query and Stored Procedure (SP) troubleshooting, establishing and following database development best practices
