As an MV-22 pilot, I flew 1,200 mishap-free flight hours during numerous combat, overseas, and training missions. I became my unit's lead flight instructor and strategic planner ahead of 20 other top pilots.As Director of Operations, I built and implemented operational plans to realize my unit's strategic vision in preparation for a combat deployment. While in combat, I developed operational plans to support +2000 combat flight hours to transport over 10,000 personnel and 400,000 pounds of cargo and conduct 193 distinct missions.While deployed, I coordinated crisis response missions for U.S. interests overseas, engaged daily interagency partners, and developed detailed operational plans to evacuate U.S. embassies across North Africa.
