- Transformed two ERP support teams (Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle E-Business Suite) from ten internal business analysts, developers, and technical specialists to three internal business analysts and two third-party technical service providers, supplemented with external developers and application consultants when needed, to maintain a high-level of support with the user/business community and external entities.- Assisted in the analysis, design, and extract of the JDE data migration to SAP. - Coordinated the upgrade of JDE to 9.1 which involved the elimination of over 1300 custom objects. Implemented JDE business/web services (BSSV) to perform real-time credit checking with a third-party CRM/Ordering application. - Coordinated JDE technical/CNC activities with a third-party service provider (Velocity Technology Solutions) to provide around-the-clock coverage. - Supported a third-party financial reporting report writer (Cetova/Rapid Reports) for JDE for over 60 users. Involved with maintaining the financial cube and upgrading the application.- Supported a document management storage and retrieval system (Application Xtender) for business documents.- Supported over 120 users using JDE Financial and Distribution modules as the senior business analyst.- Led the IT effort in the JDE conversion of the organization structure and chart of accounts in preparation to merge multiple ERP systems into JDE.
