My career has spanned nearly 30 years in executive management. It could be broken into three 10 year blocks - client work, P&L management, and corporate leadership. I would note that even when you are doing P&L or corporate roles, you still do client work to stay relevant. In my thirty years’ experience I operated in a variety of professional services leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer appointments, multibillion P&L unit responsibilities, and the global leader of the $1B+ Change Management/Human Performance practice. I was an early leader who scaled the Change Management/Human Performance practice into a global business. I served on various leadership committees including: Accenture’s Operations Council, Global Leadership Committee, Technology Advisory Committee, Partner's Income Committee and various strategy committees.In my current role as CEO for AJ Enterprises I am responsible for the complete organization's health and overall utilization for 200,000+ people across 54 countries and a multitude of competencies and levels.
