Also love setting up processes, teams, and training to help scale delivery offerings.My past: I came to join the team in its early days when Traction on Demand. In the last 12 years, I saw Traction On Demand grow from 2 to over 1200 employees. That's a lot of change and growth. Early on, I led a large team of analysts and specialists responsible for delivering consulting services to Traction’s clients. In 2015, I moved to Montreal to lead Traction's efforts in Eastern Canada. Then I returned to Vancouver 2 years later to create, sell and lead the team of amazing individuals who currently deliver on Traction On Demands managed services offering, Traction Extend. We have served 100s of clients ever since.In 2022, Traction On Demand were acquired by Salesforce.com.
