Mentoring Real Living HER agents in the Northeast Region of Columbus, Ohio to enhance their internet skills with online consumers.

Working with home sellers and buyers in the residential real estate market has been my main focus for sometime now. The investment market has become very busy as I help people find investments that build long term equity and additional streams of revenue. I study residential real estate market trends and pricing to determine property values used to negotiate purchase offers. I coordinate the title transactions and mortgage process to faclitate successful sales closings. A big reward of this position is the relationships I have built over the years. I have earned the trust of my past clients and have worked with some of them on multiple deals. Several of them have given my name out as a referral to family and friends.The Ohio Association of Realtors has awarded me the Presidential Sales Award and Realliving HER has given me the Bronze Sales Award for being a multi-million dollar producer in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Helped get oragnization started up by contributing to the early stages with direction of focus and educating the community on the goals of Cross Roads.

I worked as a Sales Rep for large contract work. I reviewed Architect and Engineering blueprints and project specifications. Utilizing my understanding of the National Fire Codes and Building Codes, I would work on pre-design of a project and put together an estimate of costs for the project. I would present my competitive bid proposal to the General Contractor or clients. Post bid I was responsible for negotiating contract terms and conditions and handle all project management of each job I was involved with. The entire sales cycle was covered from discovering the opportunity to closing the deal and seeing the project to completion.

My role with the union was as ForemanSprinklerfitter installing and servicing Fire Sprinkler Systems in commercial buildings. I had the opportunity to be involved in two casino projects in Connecticut at Foxwoods Resort and the Mohegan Sun Resort. Yale University is where I spent many summers getting that school updated before students came back each year. Our local covered all of Connecticut and Rhode Island and Western Massachucetts. In this territory, I had the luxury to work on many older buildings as well as new schools, malls and hospitals. My years in this industry help me in many ways as a Realtor.

Worked in the Missle Compartment and Engine Rooms of Nuclear Powered Submarines-Trident Class and Los Angeles Class. My role as a pipefitter was the installation of Piping systems and all hanger components.
