Took ownership of 3 different projects under a smart cities portfolio. Varying responsibilities as a Delivery Manager. Having 3 teams and being the main offshore contact person for a geo-distributed team setup. I'm currently managing overall ~30-35 FTE on a daily basis. Out of the 3 projects, 2 were ramped up from scratch under my supervision and now consisting of ~25-30 FTEs. I'm responsible for managing the 3 different projects and creating a stable delivery pipeline to streamline and optimize the work. I oversee the teams' processes from high-level ideas, breaking them down into actionable pieces, estimating them, and communicating them, and making sure that the proper expectations are set and the execution is following the plan to meet the delivery dates.

Took over the team lead role of a smart cities product focusing on sustainability.Built up the team from scratch, varying the team size from 8 FTEs to 22 FTEs and handled some major structural changes due to budget reallocations.Driven the team to success while working in a very challenging environment and partially legacy codebase. I created the foundation for the SDLC and the relevant processes from requirement gathering, story breakdown, estimation, ensuring the required code quality, building the quality gate infrastructure and delivering an end-to-end product that can safely operate in production.I've led the effort to solve major scalability concerns within a complex heterogenous microservice architecture with multiple communication protocols and varying programming languages. Introduced serverless computing into the architecture to hit higher scalability targets.

Responsible to lead a team with 6-14 FTEs over the period to build an identity platform for SSO use-cases.Driven the team to success and created the foundation for the SDLC and the relevant processes from requirement gathering, story breakdown, estimation, ensuring the required code quality with Kanban tools.The system consisted of several microservices (~80) and led the effort to reduce this number to 5 in order to improve reliability and decrease infrastructure costs. Delivered several features from the initial requirement stage to production deployment.

The main tasks are to create the technical design of the solutions, develop complex UI components and their corresponding backend services, communicate with several external systems to construct the required datasets, run batch processes to update hundreds of thousands of entities on a daily basis and so on.
