I started out as a helping hand in production and moved from there to being the main roastmaster and production manager leading the whole production team. At Coffee People I have had an opportunity to get experiences in every part of the industry. For example, project management as well as managing clients to dealing with logistics and sourcing are just some of the things I have done in this company.I consider my main achievement successfully completing difficult projects during challenging times and being of support to my co-workers when it was needed.
