• Led a team of 4 to compile and disseminate International Investment Position (IIP) and External Debt (ED) statistics in the quarter and annual statistics report. All the reports are published on-schedule and error-free.• Designed and built a Python-based data processing project in 2 to 3 months to clean and manipulate multiple databases (around 600 thousands entries). This project was a pilot study which contributed to further investigation of possible objectives of a survey regarding the economic contribution of Intellectual Property (IP) trading in Hong Kong.• Studied the current international guidelines for IIP and ED statistics, and assessed their implementation in Hong Kong. Leveraging the result, I have created an internal report that evaluates the compliance status of the Hong Kong statistics department with the international guideline.
