In collaboration with the NCAA, Rowan University was one of five institutions granted funding to complete research for the NCAA Mindful Athlete Program. This funded study provides student-athletes from various sports an opportunity for an instructor lead yoga session followed by a briefing on strategies for improving mental health. During the course of 12 weeks, athletes will complete a 20-minute yoga session, followed by a 20-30 minute briefing on various strategies for mindfulness, stress management, mental exhaustion, healthy coping mechanisms, etc. Once the study is completed, all findings will be reported to NCAA members so other institutions may adopt the program to fit their needs.

Used Wide Orbit to perform on-air and voice tracking, learned tasks on Audio Vault; used AVRip to enter music into G-Selector to program music logs; used Hit Disk to import music; produced a weekly show using Adobe Audition for WICR and The Penthouse Cosmopolitan; staffed promotional events and the WICR Pledge Drive; board-op’ed for Saturday morning and evening shows, weekly shows, and sports games; P1 Learning certified; created graphics and posts on all WICR social media; knows how to remotely voice track, used FTP Core.

Coached 3-6-year old's how to swim that had no or little experience with the water.

Read off and wrote for the teleprompter for reads; sports, news, and entertainment anchor; worked as floor director and helped adjust cameras for next shoot; created news packages that required interviews using a DLSR; edited packages on Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
