Successfully executed the on-boarding of a third of the credit union’s total mortgage loan portfolio from a third party servicer within a tight window of two months, saving the credit union approximately $140,000 in contract termination fees.Completed the selection, vendor due diligence, and negotiation of contract with third party force placed insurance vendor to protect the credit union from undue risk of loss and reduce turnaround time for processing and funding vehicle loans.Developed the Military Lending Act policy & procedures, which stood up to NCUA scrutiny during the subsequent annual audit without any recommendations for amendments or improvements by the examiners. Satisfactorily completed corrective actions as recommended by the credit union’s auditors and NCUA examiners during periodic audits within the time established by the CEO and board of directors.
