As a crew chief/loadmaster (Crewmaster), I was responsible for pre-flight inspections, load inspections, loading, inflight inspections, inflight systems operation, unloading, and post flight inspections on KC-130J aircraft. Concurrently with this position, I worked as the office supervisor for the Fiscal office of VMGR-252. I was in charge of managing, and maintaining a budget of $1 million for the use of personnel traveling on official business.

As a canvassing recruiter, I was tasked with the primary duties of canvassing, screening and selling prospective applicants for enlistment in the Marine Corps in accordance with systematic recruiting. As a secondary function, I was responsible for mentoring and coaching enlistees both mentally and physically in order to prepare them for the rigors of recruit training.

As a Flight Mechanic, my duties involved pre-flight and post-flight inspections, servicing, maintenance, securing, and performance of in-flight maintenance of aircraft while deployed. I was required to maintain qualifications as a combat capable and night systems qualified Flight Mechanic. My duties also involved assisting in troubleshooting discrepancies on the aircraft and in expeditious handling of aircraft emergencies, on the ground and in-flight, which would ensure accomplishment of safe flight operations. As work center supervisor I was responsible for overseeing and scheduling day to day tasks and operations of my subordinates along with scheduling and tracking training, training progress, qualifications, and licensing on support equipment.
