• Under the general supervision of the Director of Operations, communicated with personnel across departments in-person, by phone, and email using MS Outlook to schedule meetings, organize various competing priorities with MS Excel, and handle time-sensitive projects that involved using MS Word and MS PowerPoint• Updated and revised a Customer Relationship Management database with 330+ customer records that included contact information, customer case notes, and relevant files using MS SharePoint in a timely and accurate manner• Within a fast paced office environment, performed other additional duties as assigned by the HR, Marketing, and Small Business Program departments such as recommending ATS software for the HR Director to recruit and hire new workers
