I am a U.S. Army Strategist (FA59) with multiple tours on four-star staffs. My education and professional experience have developed an ability to lead joint and single service planning teams to support short and long-term decision cycles. I specialize in operational planning and researching complex issues to help senior military leaders make decisions.Currently, I am the Disruptive Technology Branch Chief with the U.S. Army Futures and Concept Center.Previously, I was a joint operations planner assigned to the Russia and Levant desks in the U.S. European Command's Future Operations Division (ECJ35). In both positions, I conducted crisis action planning, longer-term operational planning, and foreign policy analysis.On the Army staff, I was a strategic analysist focused on the U.S. European Command area of responsibility. My projects examined the implications of Russian military modernization efforts and broader aspects of the NATO alliance.
