As the CEO, I was directly responsible for the day-to day running of these businesses with a particular emphasis on sales and business development. Responsibilities:• Profitability of the Companies including developing strategic plans for expansion and growth• Recruit and develop the management team and create an effective organizational structure• Project management oversight of Company budget, tariff and legal responsibilities• Service performance, including key account management of GSA's and Military Accounts, focused on 100% quality service delivery for demanding Defense contracts in our relocation service territories• Open a new profit center of International shipping, developing strategic partnerships with agents nationwide and international• Branding and lead generation of the Prime Companies through technology and web marketing innovation

I joined Eagle Van Lines as partner and Vice President, successfully growing the company and establishing Eagle Van Lines’ presence to be a supplier of high quality moving services in a very competitive marketplace.
