My focus is introducing our product offerings, bring strategic business partnerships into our network channel, and work with independent business partners to maximize our joint opportunity. Responsibilities: • Create competitive offerings to generate profits through Company's assets, which includes supplying warehouse space and fulfillment services to third party businesses • Prospect the needs and create a cost effective supply chain that will add value to our business partnerships• Grow and nurture existing partner relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction• Add and incorporate GSA and Military approved carrier services for Corporate growth• Implement innovative technologies and methods to reach out to clients and business partners• Facilitate effective cost control that's in line with profit and loss statements and budgets• Monitor activity levels and performance forecasts to achieve sustainable Company growth• Manage all strategic and operational Marketing and Sales activities

As the CEO, I was directly responsible for the day-to day running of these businesses with a particular emphasis on sales and business development. Responsibilities:• Profitability of the Companies including developing strategic plans for expansion and growth• Recruit and develop the management team and create an effective organizational structure• Project management oversight of Company budget, tariff and legal responsibilities• Service performance, including key account management of GSA's and Military Accounts, focused on 100% quality service delivery for demanding Defense contracts in our relocation service territories• Open a new profit center of International shipping, developing strategic partnerships with agents nationwide and international• Branding and lead generation of the Prime Companies through technology and web marketing innovation
