Goals:● Develop and maintain a streaming platform using various styling libraries, forms to compose subscription and registration sections, and HLS.js for live stream playback.● Incorporate the work of marketing and design teams in different areas of the platform, such as content catalogs or promotional products.● Ensure smooth operation of the live streaming service during the carnival period event.Challenges:● Meeting feature delivery demands has always proven to be a significant challenge, given the short deadline and the platform's synchronization with social media and the annual in-person event (through which content was generated).● Integrating an extremely lean team resulted in considerable extra work time but also in a significant gain in experience.Responsibilities:● Continuously improve a streaming platform using React and Material-UI.● Create a custom player capable of playing on-demand content and live streams using HLS.js.● Develop and maintain a landing page using the same stack as the platform.
