Development and designing of a human resource management model, based on INFN technical and behavioral skills and organizational values, in the context of the European fp7 GenisLab project in collaboration with the “International Training Center of the International Labour Organization” (ITC-ILO).Study about the CERN Competency Model to implemet the methodology adopted in the environment of scientific research. Teaching and organization of two training courses for INFN Staff:* Change Management: The Competency Model and Organizational Change Management, in collaboration with the ITC-ILO and CERN in Geneva;* Gender Balance: The development and management of human resources through the promotion of gender equity.Focus Group activities at LNF and Trieste to study the institute’s core values and the behavioral competencies with representatives of all different professional profiles. Analysis of the results. Survey of Technical Competencies in INFN LNF / TS pilot structures and data analysis.Presentation to the National INFN Training Commission of GenisLab training projects developed for the Institute within the TAP (Tailored Action Plan), and the study of the Technical Competences to be integrated into the training processes to create a register of internal lecturers and to analyze staff training needs.Laboratory and theater forum for INFN staff in collaboration with the Association FormaScienza to limit the action of the most common stereotypes in the scientific environment. Presentation of the INFN integrated model of technical and behavioural skills and the study on the institute’s core values during the GenisLab Final Conference in Dresden (Germany).
