Supported the customer during design and installation of plant, managed a retrofit process in cooperation with the Engineering Department, and commissioned the plant in situ. • Managed 1.3MW project located in Greece. Managed project design and engineering, risk mitigation, and worked closely with procurement office. Prepared and monitored project scope, planning and costs. Analyzed project afterwards in order to improve processes and procedures.• Managed 500 kW project of Concentrated Photovoltaics power located at two locations in Spain, biggest project for SolFocus at that time.
