Definition of a standard approach and solution for the deployment of mobile device management and AppStores. In cooperation with the Rabobank a proof of concept is developed and is the strategic partnership established with a technology partner.

Integrating the full Microsoft O365 and Azure platform within the existing infrastructure of the organization. Within this project, all existing office automation environments migrated to the new platform. A company-wide adoption program has also been executed with the aim of optimally using the new technology and making the organisation more efficient and more effective.

Transformation of the technical infrastructure of a rigid custom - made solution to a standard flexible cloud solution. The program was developed the new standard for cloud infrastructure, and all applications are fully virtualized and migrated to the new infrastructure.

In this assignment I was/am responsible for several complex programs: • Fundament migration program: Consolidate 10 Office environments into 1 new Office automation platform (12.000 seats) • The Codex program: Develop and build 2 new Data Centers including Disaster Recovery. Migrate the Energy Trade environment to the new DC’s. • Infra projects: The Essent IT department decided to reorganise it self into one IT supply organisation. I was responsible to integrate the IT-infra projects organisation into the new IT supply organisation. During the reorganisation I was responsible for all IT-infra projects. I was also responsible for the contract management of the IBM outsourcing contract • Greenfield crisis management. The new customer service platform, that services all B2C customers and the call centers, had serious technical challenges while going live. It was my responsibility to solve these issues and ensure the go live according to plan. • Crave out program: Essent has been split into several independent companies. I was responsible for the IT carve-out programs: Essent -> @home (Ziggo), Essent -> Attero, Essent -> Enexis. • Post Merger Integration program: the Essent -> RWE PMI program has the goal to integrate the Essent and RWE IT infrastructure. I was responsible for all activities related to the infrastructural integration, including the integration of the complete REN infrastructure (RWE NL 500 users) into the Essent environment.
