I’m Md. Arifur Rahman, a passionate and professional digital creator and youth leader from Chittagong, Bangladesh. My mission is to empower young people, both locally and internationally, by helping them unlock their potential and drive positive change in their lives and communities. Throughout my journey, I’ve embraced multiple roles—Digital Creator, Youth Leader, Youth Entrepreneur, Trainer, and Positive Changemaker—each allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of others.Since 2013, I’ve been deeply involved in the digital space, where I’ve honed my skills and creativity to make a significant impact. Whether it’s creating compelling digital content or designing innovative solutions, my work has earned recognition and inspired many. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and coaching over 500 learners, sharing my knowledge and guiding them to thrive in their personal and professional lives. My dedication has been acknowledged with several accolades, including the Creative Designer Award, LEDP Laptop Winner, BE Creator Award, and the prestigious Best Designer Award.Since January 2024, I’ve embarked on an exciting new chapter as an ICT instructor for the Employability Skills and Resilience for Youth project at the Bangladesh Institute of Theatre Arts (BITA), supported by Save the Children. In this role, I’m equipping young people with essential digital and employability skills, preparing them to navigate the dynamic job market and pursue successful careers.Beyond my professional work, I am actively engaged in initiatives that promote social change. As the Chattogram leader for the "Women's Safety in Public Places" project, a collaboration between UNDP and UNHRC, I’m working to foster safer environments for women, advocating for equality and security within my community.I also hold leadership positions in various organizations, including DEC Bangladesh, Skill Development Cell, Mouovi Para Samaj Unnoyon Parishod, Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), and Bishwobiddaloy.com. These roles allow me to stay connected to community development efforts and collaborate on addressing the societal challenges we face.Known by many as "noyon" or "arnoyon," I continue to lead initiatives that inspire others and create pathways for progress.Thank you for taking the time to learn about my work.
