Managing a team for both customer service and data entry across multiple sites in Australia and New Zealand. The role is answering incoming calls and emails which can vary from product queries, stock checks, tracking orders etc. I handle any escalated cases, approve credit requests and fill in gaps where needed if there is a staff absence

Single handedly running the customer support dealing with fare disputes, usage of the app, contacting transport partners and general troubleshooting.

Triaging and responding to customer support requests for the Zipline app as well as providing customer support reporting to the business.

Managing a team of customer agents and providing in assistance in the responses given to the customers, as well as providing training on new updates and products. In my time within the role, we have expanded from Kayo Sports to the launch of Binge as well as taking on board the duties for Watch AFL/NRL.As a team leader I also deal with customer escalations.

Part of the first time of consultants for the launch of Kayo Sports. This role included answering customers queries via webform, emails, live chats and social media in a timely manner and providing any troubleshooting steps where needed.

Managing existing business accounts and signing up new accounts in store level.
