My primary role is to develop and undertake system analysis & design applications, system testing, implementation & maintenance of assigned projects, developing of Web Application using PHP and to work closely with the Digital Marketing Team

Here I have been working as team leader. Requirement analysis, database design, software design, core development and distribute tasks among the team were my main jobs.My major focus was on web application, mobile application and implementing new technologies.

Global enterprises to small local companies use Field Nation’s self-service web portal to find, manage and pay workers for any specific job on demand — whether that be 1099 independent contractors or W2 employees. The platform gives workers the opportunity to promote their credentials and work history and find work. Field Nation currently has over 40,000 service providers in its network and serves businesses globally.

Athena Software Associates former United IT Global Net Ltd. was a sister cons. of United Group Bangladesh.Here I developed web applications according to clients requirements. My responsibilities were to analyze clients requirements, prepare documentation and finally develop the application. I had been managing a small team for 3 developers.
