As a Family Care Counselor Supervisor, I managed the daily operations of a Florida Preservation Services of Florida, Community Based Care (CBC) Dependency Case Management (DCM) unit, which identifies and assesses client and family needs of minors placed in care by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) due to abuse or neglect by caretakers, with the ultimate goal of permanency.
