• Provide legal advice to ensure the application of guidelines and regulations during the creation and innovation of deposit and electronic banking products.• Prepare and manage Contracts for Banking Products and Services, as well as Articles of Incorporation.• Participate in different requirements of the legal team to ensure the monitoring of matters that contribute to maintaining the protection and defense of the interests of the business.• Collaborate together with Scrums project leaders to guarantee and recalibrate legal conditions during the generation of new functionalities or the creation of new products.• Prepare NDAs and annexes for potential suppliers in various branches: technology, specialized services and all those that allow carrying out the provision of services necessary for the operations of a bank.• Participate in the creation of the corporate governance of Openbank in its capacity as a multiple banking institution.• Maintain contact with legal representatives and offices to expedite various legal procedures.
