Entered and monitored process recipes into Aixtron computer, monitored process runs, loaded and unloaded 2” and 4” sapphire wafers and 2” quartz cutout wafers with Nano LED sample (starts), and recorded all data, in coordination with the process engineers. • Loaded, unloaded and operated and maintained an AST Peva-600E Metal E-Beam Evaporator tool.• Performed non contact surface mapping of R&D samples working closely with process engineers.
