Key tasks included:- Coordination of the planning and preparation of grant proposals in partnership with national and international partners;- Monitoring and coordination of the execution of post-award grants and identification and monitoring of risks and mitigation strategies;- Ensuring that awarded projects are executed along time schedules and that milestones are achieved by, among others: ensuring that proper human resources are devoted to projects, maintaining collaborative workspaces, organising regular virtual and physical review meetings and preparing review documents;- Assisting technical personnel in writing periodic reports to comply with grant requirements and conducting final justification and public defense of delivered grants.Accomplishments:- Successful delivery of all on-going projects, including with an intensive period of audit processes by donors which traced projects back to 2012;- Successfully raised funding for four projects in the framework of EU-funded programmes, accounting to more than €1M for a three-year period.
