When an online university turned away new students because it ran out of faculty, I developed a predictive model for supply and demand and redesigned the scheduling processes. They never turned away another new student.When one of our critical-path customer acquisition teams continued to miss its service level agreement (SLA), I built employee performance scorecards and eliminated process inefficiencies. The team's service level fulfillment increased to 100%, output increased by 26%, and employee engagement improved from 39% to 64% in 4 months. When our client at a top-tier law school cancelled our go-live date when my firm delivered a substandard product, I was tapped to rescue the engagement and get the project back on track. I launched a much-improved product, then launched a second product on-time and without defects.When our blockbuster new program was in danger of losing its regulatory approval, I created a tier 2 service team that restored program quality and won back our most disaffected customers.
