-Completely conceptualize segments and flow of a new show based on an idea and making sure it meets the requirements of Will Packer Productions, IHeart and Idea to Launch teams-Scripting of interview questions and guest introductions to be read via teleprompter by host-Assisting in talent booking, set design and additional production needs necessary for a successful shoot

-Produce a podcast focusing on a niche and taboo topic of sex, kinks and relationships within the black community, resulting in 850k-1million downloads per month-Preparation of all podcast interviews/outlines, including conducting evidence reviews, developing information overviews, and summarizing key areas of interest prior to interviews on behalf of both hosts-Coordinating outreach to book talent-Produces 2 weekly episodes, for main podcast feeds and Patreon, serving in an administrative and technical capacity- managing team of 10-12 to ensure episode is edited and published across all DSPs and Youtube with additional push of social media clips across all platforms-Research and initiatives to monetize the podcast through merchandise, live shows and bonus content
