I am the co-founder of APEX Business Consulting, Inc. Prior to co-founding APEX, I was offered Partnership and worked under the tutelage of highly respected advisors of attorneys, CPA’s and PHD’s. I have handled over $500,000,000 in complex mergers and acquisitions in numerous industries across many states. I have also practiced in the areas of corporate structuring, complex tax planning, succession planning and retirement/estate planning. As an attorney with a business and accounting background, I can handle all facets of accounting, legal and tax.I earned a Master of Science Accountancy with a 3.5 GPA from the University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign. Prior to my time at the ​University of Illinois Urbana – Champaign, I attended Southern Illinois University School of Law where I was part of Phi Delta Phi (Legal Honors Society​) and Maryville University where I earned a Bachelor of Business, Cum Laude. I am licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and under the Multi-jurisdictional Practice Program for transactional work. ​​
