• Perform the administrative functions of handling correspondence, arranging meetings and overseeing paperwork as per the requirement • Establish effective coordination and communication between the office and the on-site activities• Maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, employee induction etc.• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.• Perform duties necessary to manage the several documents of the organization, namely drafting, authorizing, filing, copying, scanning, mailing and record keeping• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. • Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.,• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.• Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.• Support staff in assigned project based work.• Supervision as required, recruit, hires, train and supervise part-time or full-time, paid, or unpaid/volunteer secretarial or clerical staff.• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
