• Manage the maintenance planner software (On-Key Pragma) which include the following: - Register any new machinery in the maintenance planer software, and assign preventive maintenance tasks in coordination with the responsible engineer. - Create all the preventive maintenance work orders in the software on a monthly basis - Assign all breakdown requests in the software, and follow up on job completion - Generate monthly costs, maintenance performance and utilization from the software • Initiate the orders for new machinery & spare parts and follow up with procurement until delivery • Mange the spare parts order process with engineers • Manage the spare parts stocks reorder process, in coordination with the Spare Parts warehouse & responsible engineers • Coordinate with procurement department on spare parts POs and delivery • Setup & review with the maintenance department’s SOP to be following ISO Standards • Report on breakdown of monthly costs per section • Produce the maintenance department’s KPI & overtime reports • Manage the petty cash for the engineering department • Coordinate with engineers & suppliers to plan annual external services for all plant machines • Report on utility consumptions of the plant • Coordinate with projects team to handle all purchases of technical assets
