I am the founder and head executive functioning coach and learning specialist at Diversified Education Services (DES), a company that provides superior academic and organizational support for students and adult professionals. I have over 15 years of experience in the field of special education, with a master's degree and a certification in special education with a specialization in learning disabilities. I developed a program methodology and cultivated a top team of experts who make up our coaching team. Together, we help our clients achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals. My passion for helping others overcome learning challenges stems from my own personal and professional journey. I learned the value of hard work and resilience from a young age, as I had to live independently and support myself through various jobs, including delivering newspapers, serving in restaurants, and working in financial services. After the 2008 economic crisis, I discovered an affinity for teaching and mentoring children with special needs and decided to pursue a career change. I applied to graduate school and secured a job in the public school system, where I worked for over seven years as a special education teacher. During that time, I also founded DES to offer a more holistic and personalized approach to executive functioning skills development. Along the way, I refined that process and have successfully assisted adults seeking to bridge gaps preventing upward mobility in the professional world and in their personal lives. I am driven by the mission of empowering my clients to reach their full potential and overcome any barriers to their success.
