Macao Sar

- Develop long and short term PR strategies, communication programs and policies to optimise Melco’s brand image and messages to the public- Oversee PR related activities for City of Dreams Macau, Studio City and Altira Macau- Very strong network with Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau KOL and media - Frequently in contact with external partners including local gov’t departments (MGTO, DSEDJ, ICM, IPIM, etc), PR agencies, media/KOLs, etc), PR agencies, media and KOLs for all company driven orsponsor events.- Formulate annual PR plan and provide counsel and messaging for PR related activities - Develop and manage PR projects with communications partners and internal departments, which majority of projects shall be PR focus, with diversifications of branding, activations, direct marketing, events and/or integrated communications- Liaison with Marketing and relevant Departments to collect news and updates worth announcing from all business units - Work in conjunction with corporate team and external partners to craft and execute PR plan - i.e. prepare, review and edit PR materials- Maintain effective professional relationship with key media to maximise positive publicity for company- Able to create RFP for company PR projects pitching purposes- Contribute and assist in projects related to Sponsorships, Awards and other Melco Corporate activities.

Macau

- Participate the development and execution of the company’s PR plans- Develop and coordinate promotional events for the company, some projects including Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards, Wynn Guest Chefs Series Events, Wynn F&B Academy Media Event, MGTO Macao Week Roadshows, etc.- In charge of a TV shooting - “A Bite of China (舌尖上的中國) featuring Golden Flower Executive Chef Liu Guo Zhu, shooting location in Beijing and Macau- In charge of a Hunan TV shooting - “新聞當事人 featuring Wing Lei Palace Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung, shooting location in Shunde and Macau- Handle media familiarization (host by Air Macau and MGTO), regular media & KOL visit and shooting - Maintain a close relationship with media, very strong network with Macau, Hong Kong and China media and KOLs.- Generate PR monthly report, coverage report, special news report for hotel events - Manage monthly forecast and closing reports to Finance department- Develop press release and other press materials such as hotel and F&B outlet factsheet for hotel promotional events - Assist on arranging Executive interviews by drafting questions and answers - In charge of monitoring the performance and development progress of the team’s intern

Macau

- In charge of media arrangements, e.g. transportation, limousines, accommodations, F&B. - Take lead on arranging photoshoots for press release and PR photos. - Work closely with internal departments to ensure all arrangements are smooth to create an exceptional experience for the media- Update media database and regularly reply media inquiries.- Manage monthly forecast and closing reports to Finance Departments- Respond to media inquiries regularly to assist on their needs- Translate specific industry related news to Management for Corporate PR team- Handle administrative tasks

Macao

- Deal with vendors to ensure maximizing restaurant’s profit by controlling all costs at the lowest level- Ensure to have great quality control on the food that is served to the customers at all time- Ensure great communication is in place between the company and employees- In charge of all inventory control and monthly payroll

Macao

- Handle media activities (e.g. photoshoot, interviews, entertainment related, company event, etc)- Maintain a great relationship with media- Arrange a media center for the world class boxing event.- Communicate with internal departments for media events. - Make cold-call to media to pitch media to maximize the coverage of the company - Handle administrative works - Assist to develop a hotel award log for the company.

Hong Kong

- Welcome and check in/out guests as well as processing groups’ arrivals- Maximize sales and revenues by upselling different room types to prospective customers- Address and escalate customer complaints, requests and inquiries - Generate monthly reports to team head- Lead morning shift briefing the team

Los Angeles, California, United States

- Monitor office operations and sales to minimize errors of shipments – to increase sales volume- Provide training to new entry sales executives to gain more customers for the company- Maintain good relationship with current clients including Skechers, Mitsubishi, Walmart, Target, etc- In charge of holding weekly meeting with management- Assist clients with import/export freight from/to overseas; communicates with oversea agents and U.S. customs for shipment coordination and clearance- Advertise order fulfillment services such as warehousing, pick-and-pack, segregation, inventory control, and distribution.- Communicate with FDA to expedite the clearance of shipments- Analyze clients’ needs and help them resolve problems
