We provide the highest quality food-grade ice and ice sculptures and more for launches, premieres, promotions, communications and corporate events. The customer service and distribution department is the heart of Tuck Lee Ice. We are the frontline, dealing with customers and handle the distribution through our network of drivers. As the assistant manger of this department, it is my responsibility to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.• Department consists of 9 staff & 30 drivers• Manages monthly roster and duty of staff to maximize efficiency and staff satisfaction• Assist customers and event organisers in product and service selection before processing quotations and orders. Orders generally exceed amounts of $2000• Point of contact for premier clients, such as the Singapore F1, Hardwell concert at the Gardens by the Bay, and the annual DBS Regatta at the Marina Promenade• Identify, minimise and performs, crisis and complain management to maintain customer satisfaction• Assist in ISO (9000) inspections and audits carried out by customers (e.g. Marina Bay Sands)• Department Process Improvements (order flow) Show less
