In the roles mentioned I have done • Supervised employees to ensure quality is sustained, which was in customer service.• I had shown communication skills by talking to other service providers, such as Handepay, UberEats, JustEat and stock providers such as HQ and Freshways.• I manage the finances of the business; such paying the stock providers on a weekly basis and calculate weekly/monthly earnings. • I have created the in-store menu which is displayed on TV screens and continuously updated the menu every few months.• Occasionally, I managed an EPOS system to complete transactions. I worked at M&S for 8 weeks, but had to leave due to education as I was not given the flexibility that I was promised. I had the role of Sales Assistant as I worked an EPoS system, where I was able to help customers complete transactions and also returns. I would help customers with their queries and questions regarding the products that were being sold at the store, I would also replenish stock during peak hours.
