I have over 15 years of experience working with customers on their IT needs. Currently, I work at Henry Schein One, an industry leader delivering supplies and technology solutions to medical doctors and staff around the world. I specialized in technical case management, data management, advanced implementations and repair. My new role is focused on designing scalable software and hardware solutions for large medical organizations so they can focus their resources on providing the best care and patient experience for their patrons. Previously I worked as an Install Coordinator, improving processes and services for our medical customers. With in-depth site surveys and extensive communication we ensure customers enjoy a timely and seamless install and integration of their newest ophthalmic devices.Prior to that, I was a Point of Sale technician at Truno, where I installed and maintained Cisco AP's, servers, Lane equipment and payment systems to ensure 100% up-time in an extremely competitive retail market.Competencies: Windows (XP, 7, 8, 10, Windows Embedded Standard 2009, Server 2008 R2, Server 2012 R2, Server 2016, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), Networking(CCNA trained though certification is no longer valid), Network Firewall(WatchGuard, Checkpoint, Sonicwall), Troubleshooting, Hardware/Software repair, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Charity Web Design.
