Started as Plant Controller (SCADA) at Langer Heinrich Mine.

DMS Operator - Ensure operating parameters, e.g. density and cyclone pressures are maintained for effective separation process.

Operates the Dewatering circuit at Uis Tin mine to recover as much as possible processing water for plant utilization. This process helps reduce the excess usage of raw water for topping up process water reserves when low to ensure smooth operation. Key components I monitor and operate are the following;1. Thickener - to recover +60% water from slimes back into the plant process aiding the process with flocculent reagent [mixed with water by given specs].2. Filter Press - to pump thickener slurry at a specified pressure through the unit, recovering a significant amount of filtrate back to into the process and discard the filter cake formed, to tailings disposal stockpile.3.Slimes Draining - to drain excess slimes for backfilling and water recovery through decantation/gravity separation process overflowing into pond & pumped back.4. Reservoir/ Raw water consumption - to control and maintain healthy levels at all times to avoid running empty or overflowing. Recording flow meter readings in logsheet/log book to ensure amount of consumption per shift.

• Operated plant processing units/ circuits to specified KPI's.• Liaise and communicate daily with engineering and tech teams for process control and maintenance activities.• Interact with own and other process teams for updates on process run.• Logging of important process flow and maintenance data• Issue PTW, ITRA and Equipment lock outs and isolations.• Train new recruits on Process Flow and Equipment Tagging and Function.
