Scope of work included resolving grievances and pay disputes, leading unit reorganizations, interpreting and applying contract language for both management and employees, and supporting managers in all areas of progressive discipline. - Managed BOLI and Oregon State Board of Nursing subpoena responses, including investigating areas of concern, gathering and organizing documentation under subpoena, and working with outside counsel when needed.- Multiple other duties including (but not limited to): co-designed and created web resources for managers, participated on the design/implementation team for the first PeaceHealth Leadership Day, coordinated Organizational Health surveys, managed Federal EEOC and Vets reporting, delivered management training, and coordinated on-site EAP training for management.
